**SUMMARY:**
Blends formulas in order to manufacture enzymes. There will be opportunities for cross-training the Encapsulation Department and the Packaging Department.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Management retains the discretion to add to or change the duties of the position at any time. Attendance is key to performing the job. Include, but are not limited to, the following;

+ Assists Production Supervisor and assumes supervisory responsibility for a shift in the absence of the Production Supervisor.
+ Train new employees; Blenders.
+ Maintain and keep new hire training manual current.
