**Job Description**
Join our team as a Hammer Smith Laborer, where you will play a crucial role in assisting our production team in Red Lion, PA. Your main duties will include straightening blades, staying updated with all ongoing projects, and contributing to special projects as needed. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with occasional overtime.

**Responsibilities**

+ Flatten and straighten jobs after heat treatment and grinding using appropriate techniques.
+ Inspect flatness through dial and surface table setup, and use feeler gauges and straight edges.
+ Select and use appropriate types of hammers for flattening and straightening jobs made from various material grades.
+ Identify and correct various types of distortion and curvature in jobs post heat treatment and grinding.
+ Handle blades safely due to their sharp edges and high hardness.
