POSITION SUMMARY:
The BK Claims Analyst II plays a pivotal role in Bankruptcy case administration under U. S. Bankruptcy Code Chapter 11, working closely with the US team to handle Electronic Court Filings (ECF) on an overnight basis. The primary scope of work involves reviewing electronic filings from the PACER/court docket system, extracting and sorting filing information by client and case, and ensuring all ECF data is accurately updated and uploaded into the internal database in compliance with court procedures and internal quality standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform systematic review of Electronic Court Filings (ECF) via PACER and other court docket systems for assigned U. S. Bankruptcy Chapter 11 cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all new filings, orders, and claim related documents.
