Biostatistician - Future roles (Spain)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a statistical department resource, mentor biostatisticians, and oversee or develop training plans for associates.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and enhance the skills of existing personnel.
• Prepare Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), including well‑presented mock‑up displays for tables, listings, and figures.
• Collaborate with sponsors as required.
• Take responsibility for the statistical aspects of the protocol, generation of the randomization schedule, and input to the clinical study report.
• Review SAS‑annotated case report forms (CRFs), database design, and other documentation to ensure protocol criteria and data capture meet study needs.
• Create or review programming specifications for analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures.
• Direct biostatistics personnel on projects to ensure timely, high‑quality work.
