Pay: $23.07 - $34.60 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:
Maintains assigned basic medical equipment and support systems.

Responsibilities:


+ Responds to basic support requests. Interviews customer to determine nature and scope of the customer's issue, and the appropriate response.

+ Diagnoses, resolves and closes basic medical equipment issues according to service level guidelines. Promptly escalates issues to higher level technical support or management when necessary.
