The Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) is an international biomedical research institute of excellence, based in Barcelona, Spain, with more than 400 scientists from 44 countries. The CRG Bioinformatics Unit is seeking a Bioinformatician to implement, benchmark, and maintain robust, reproducible, and scalable bioinformatics workflows for the analysis of long‑read sequencing data. You will contribute to the development and application of long‑read approaches for the study of human genome variation and somatic genomic alterations in cancer, as well as to the characterisation of epigenomes and transcriptomes using these technologies.
