Hoffman Construction is seeking a BIM Technician to join the BIM Department. Reporting to the BIM Manager, this role works closely with BIM Coordinators and project-level management teams to produce day-to-day construction models and related content for use by project stakeholders.

This is a hybrid position, split between the project site and the office.
Salary Range: $85,000-$120,000 DOE

Essential Responsibilities:

+ Receive, process, and archive model files from designers, project team members, and trade subcontractors.

+ Compile and publish federated models using Navisworks Manage.

+ Maintain and manage model-building automation tools.

+ Facilitate 3D model exchange and coordination with consultants, contractors, and fabricators.
