Package – £55,000 - £80,000 DOE + Company Performance Related Bonus + Pension + 25 Days Holiday + Laptop & Mobile Phone

The Opportunity

Our highly regarded client is seeking a BIM Manager to lead and develop BIM across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of BIM delivery on live hospitality, commercial kitchen, and fit-out projects while building a long-term BIM strategy for the company.

The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing BIM standards, driving digital transformation, building a BIM team, and leading the business towards ISO 19650 accreditation. The goal is to position the company as the UK's leading BIM-enabled hospitality design and fit-out specialist.
