BESIX Watpac have a rare opportunity to join our VIC Construction team as a BIM Manager. This role is responsible for strategic BIM management and project BIM delivery.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Advise on best practice technical BIM processes, across all project phases from concept to completion.
  • Develop BIM Management and Execution Plans for bid and project teams.
  • Assess, audit and federate models for project teams and provide reports on status and compliance.
  • Coordinate and review BIM information (including clash detection) and assist with project design coordination meetings.
  • Assist in the development and integration of BIM processes into the business.
  • Provide technical support and practical training in utilising BIM information with digital tools.
  • Translate BIM requirements into practical digital delivery processes to improve business outcomes
