Job Description

Position Title: BIM Designer


Location: Onsite first month for training (flexible hours), then hybrid in downtown Chicago


Duration: Contract-to-Hire 6 months


Salary: $80,000–$90,000

Required Tech/Experience (Manager won’t consider candidates without the following):

  • 2–4 years of BIM experience in construction or design environments
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for 3D modeling and 2D documentation
  • Understanding of construction documents, building systems, and drafting practices
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers, PMs, and design teams

    • Preferred Tech/Experience (Not required, but moves the candidate to the top of the list):

  • Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or BIM 360
  • Exposure to clash detection and coordination workflows
  • Experience with material tracking, scheduling, or quantity take-offs
  • BIM or Autodesk certification...
