Job Description: BIM Design Lead
Role Purpose:
To lead the architectural BIM delivery engine, transforming conceptual architectural designs into highly accurate, coordinated, and data-rich intelligent models. This role demands a strong leader who balances aesthetic and spatial intent with technical buildability, driving global standard compliance, minimizing project turnaround times, and mentoring the team to bridge the gap between design and digital execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architectural Modeling & Technical Delivery
Oversee and execute high-quality architectural BIM modeling from schematic design (SD) through construction documentation (CD).
Translate architectural sketches, PDFs, and design concepts into precise, parametric 3 D models and comprehensive construction drawings.
Author and manage complex architectural families, templates, and project parameters to ensure model agility and data integrity.
