BIM Coordinator (M&E)
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with design teams and subcontractors.
Perform clash detection and create reports.
Prepare BIM models for documentation, constructability studies, and site use.
Check and verify BIM models and drawings.
Support BIM/project teams by facilitating coordination meetings and resolving issues.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Architectural Drafting or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' experience in M&E BIM projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
Experienced in drafting Combined Services Drawings (CSD).
Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent time management skills.
Self-motivated and a strong team player.
