Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare pre-contract and post-contract BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
- Develop project BIM process requirements according to client requirements, including MIDP, MDS, BIM workflows, LOIN matrices, classification systems, COBie requirements, and related documentation
- Utilize advanced BIM software such as Autodesk Civil 3D, InfraWorks, and Revit to create detailed 3D models of port and marine infrastructure components
- Develop realistic renderings and visualizations to communicate design intent, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and support decision‑making processes
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, coastal engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate maritime‑specific elements into BIM models
- Ensure seamless coordination and integration of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within the overall design framework
