- Lead and manage the billing operations team
- Oversee end-to-end billing and premium collection processes
- Ensure accuracy, strong controls, and timely month-end billing
- Analyse billing and collections data to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Drive process improvements across billing and payment streams
- Manage operational issues and implement mitigation plans
- Act as the business lead for billing-related system and IT projects
- Engage with internal stakeholders and represent billing at forums and projects
