What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:

+ Review and reconcile accounts receivable and order entry issues to ensure accurate billing and timely payments

+ Investigate and resolve complex billing discrepancies, contracts, and pricing issues

+ Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Contracts, Customer Support, etc.) to resolve cases
