Job Description

  • Audit airway bills and invoices

  • Prepare and transmit billing statements to clients

  • Post bills which have been prepared

  • Maintain client profiles, inclusive of tariff book maintenance

  • Enter and review all cost and billing information in system

  • Research and resolve all errors in cost and invoicing entries

  • Address and resolve client questions and issues regarding rating or billing

  • Other duties as assigned

    • -OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Proficiency in basic mathematics

  • Ability to accurately type and enter data

  • Ability to identify and resolve complex billing issue
  • One year industry related work experience preferred

  • Attentive, collaborative, responsible
