Billing Manager | FULLY REMOTE - ***LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED***

Locations: NYC, DC, HOUSTON, BOSTON, DALLAS, CHARLOTTE, SAN FRAN, CHICAGO, RALEIGH, LA, AUSTIN, ATLANTA

Role & Key responsibilities:

• Fully remote billing team
• Lead a team of 8–11 full-cycle billers
• Strong visibility with leadership and cross-functional teams
• Opportunity to drive process improvements & team development
• Oversee billing operations and monthly close cycle
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
• Partner with attorneys and stakeholders on billing strategy and client needs

5+ years of leadership experience, experience managing teams of 8+, Aderant (required)
