Position: Bookkeeper & Billing Executive – US Logistics
Location: PECHS Block 6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM, 6 days a week
Salary: Rs 60,000 - 80,000 (Depending on the experience) We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper & Billing Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the US logistics and transportation industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing billing operations, reviewing daily transactions, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring timely reconciliation of accounts. Key Requirements:
Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliations, and invoicing
Experience with U.S.-based logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or 3PL operations
Ability to communicate professionally with U.S. branch managers and stakeholders
Generate and process customer invoices accurately and timely
