We are currently seeking a Billing Assistant in the Finance department, reporting to the Billing Manager and Billing Supervisor. 

The role will reside in the Washington, DC office with hybrid work capabilities and will be responsible for preparing monthly personal account pre-bills, monitoring the department email in-box, monitoring the e-billing process, and ensuring that special billing arrangements are carried Billing Assistant is expected to perform all responsibilities with a commitment to providing superior service to the firm’s clients, attorneys, advisors and staff, and maintaining an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement.
