Billing & Ar Specialist

Permian Basin Chemical Plant seeking a Billing & AR Specialist in Midland on a temporary basis (estimated 6 months). Job duties include overseeing electronic invoicing process and procedures, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring accurate invoices are provided to customers. Supports process improvement initiatives by creating documentation and training materials for some of our Order and Invoice processing procedures. Creates customer invoice packets and is responsible for their distribution following their AP processes. Supports customer account onboarding and maintenance. Monitors customer invoice statements, resolving customer inquiries and disputes. Handles other general accounts receivable functions as assigned.
