Job Requirements – Accounting & Finance

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or any related course
• At least 1 year experience in accounting or finance work
• Responsible for issuing Delivery Receipts and Sales Invoices
• Monitor accounts receivable and due dates
• Handle Official Receipt issuance, recording, and monitoring
• Manage petty cash, including liquidation and replenishment
• Prepare and monitor BIR Form 2307
• Record and monitor Purchase Orders
• Handle purchasing and supplier coordination
• Basic knowledge of BIR compliance is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel, google sheet
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
