Duties and Responsibilities

• Reconcile customer accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, investigate open invoices, and process payment adjustments.
• In accordance with purchase orders and contracts, create and disseminate correct Statements of Account (SOA), billing statements, and invoices.
• Review journal entries to make any necessary adjustments.
• Handle administrative tasks, like filing received invoices for the designated account.
• Assist in retrieving papers for audits, both internal and external.
• Support setting up a finance database and financial report automation.

Job Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in Makati City.
