The Billing and A/R Associate will collaborate with multiple divisions, engage with all levels of management, and coordinate with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and government agencies. Key Responsibilities:
+ Prepare and submit weekly and monthly billing for various services, including Private Pay and Room & Board.
+ Monitor and manage receivables, including collections and account reconciliations.
+ Resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and eligibility issues.
+ Maintain accurate records and insurance status across systems (Cashe, Pavillio, Carelogic).
