Bilingual Technical Writer (Ammunition & Explosives)

Location: Gatineau, Quebec (NCR) – Hybrid but mostly remote

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze written materials to summarize and generate technical content for official publications, including Ammunition & Explosives (A&E;) specifications, technical Statements of Work/Requirements, notes, drawings, writing manuals, user guides, and related documentation.
• Modify and verify translated A&E; technical orders or other A&E; technical documentation in both English and French.
• Modify, validate, and compile technical A&E; documentation, including technical publications, specifications, equipment and system data lists, and drawings, by incorporating approved changes, verifying accuracy and compliance with applicable standards, and preparing documentation for review and approval by the appropriate authority.
• Gather information and analyze technical A&E; documentation and content.
