Role Overview

Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual (English/French) Service Representative to join one of Canada’s largest banking institutions. The individual will provide day‑to‑day delivery of critical processes, administration, and servicing activities in connection with retail and commercial deposits and payments, including the execution of payments, transactions, service requests, administrative activities, and fulfillment of business, stakeholder, and external customer inquiries and requests within relevant service level agreements.

They will collaborate with stakeholders to promote productive and effective processes and workflow, establish positive working relationships across the organization, and achieve business results to deliver the intended customer and employee experience.
