Each role is slightly different - we hire for new teams in new markets with dynamic timelines and hiring plans that haven’t been tested before. You will be the person not only to identify and recruit talent, but also the person that gives pushback to hiring teams on timelines, compensation frameworks, level of hire, and team structure.
