Virtual Staffing Solutions is currently looking for Medical Billing Representatives with knowledge of insurance plans and must be able to read the eligibility of benefits and denials.

Key Responsibilities

• Confer with patients by telephone to answer inquiries regarding medical billing and payments
• Assist patients in processing payments and updating account information to ensure that medical claims will be processed and settled flawlessly
• Obtain details of complaints and disputes and ensure that this will be escalated to the accounts management for resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
