We are looking for a Japanese–English bilingual consultant to support requirement discussions and translation for a medical AI / insights solution in the life sciences space.

Role Scope

• Provide real-time and written translation support (Japanese ↔ English)
• Support structured discussions with the Japanese medical team to define business and functional requirements
• Ensure accurate alignment of medical terminology across languages
• Help document key requirements and discussion outputs in English

Profile Required

• 4-10 years of experience in Medical Affairs, life sciences, healthcare, or medical content environments
• Fluent in both Japanese and English (spoken and written)
• Strong familiarity with medical terminology
• Comfortable facilitating cross-functional discussions
• Structured and detail-oriented
