Job Description
We are looking for a remote interpreting scheduler to join the team!
The scheduler is responsible for handling our client calls and minimal scheduling for appointments. The Scheduler should be able to receive requests and analyze them to determine the best workflow to ensure the project is assigned on time, choosing the best suppliers, within budget, according to the company’s high standards and to client’s expectations.
They should be able to follow up on the different tasks, troubleshoot any inconveniences, track and analyze project performance, providing updates to the supervisor or other team leads as necessary.
Position is very fast paced. Candidate must be a critical thinker, active team member and have the ability to multi task and prioritize assigned duties. Candidate
