Description We are looking for a bilingual HR Generalist to support employees and leaders across a broad range of human resources activities in Houston, Texas. This Long-term Contract position will focus on day-to-day HR operations, employee support, compliance, and workforce documentation while helping create a consistent and positive employee experience. The role requires someone who can balance administrative accuracy with sound judgment, especially in areas involving employee relations, onboarding, and immigration-related coordination.
