Provide accurate and complete information about company offers, procedures, and policies.

Meticulously record all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data is up-to-date.
Handle complaints with diplomacy and professionalism, always seeking a satisfactory outcome.
Collaborate with different internal teams to resolve complex customer requests.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product and service changes.
Required profile :
Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written)
