Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Benefits Specialist for a direct hire opportunity with a Fresh Produce Distribution/Agribusiness organization in Oxnard, CA. This onsite role is ideal for a hands-on benefits professional who is fluent in Spanish and highly experienced in leave of absence administration, employee benefits, retirement plans, and employee communication.

The Bilingual Benefits Specialist will serve as a key resource for employees across multiple locations, helping team members understand and access their benefits while ensuring compliant and accurate administration of leave, medical benefits, 401k plans, deferred compensation, and related programs. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources and offers the opportunity to take ownership of important benefits processes in a stable, people-focused HR environment.
