Bilingual Associate Attorney — Personal Injury

[Missouri Bar required] [English & Spanish required] [$115K–$170K total comp] [Uncapped origination bonus]
$115,000 – $170,000 Total Compensation
Base salary plus quarterly performance bonus. High performers consistently earn above the range. Total comp grows with you — there is no cap.
ORIGINATION BONUS — UNCAPPED, PAID ON EVERY CASE YOU BRING IN
Refer a case to the firm and earn one-third of the firm's fee at resolution — on top of your regular compensation. Most firms reserve this for partners. We offer it to every attorney from day one.
