Rate: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

Requirements

+ At least two years of experience in on-site property management.

+ One year of Assistant Community Manager experience is required. 

+ Bilingual (English/Spanish).
