Job Summary

Plans and directs operations of a small scope organization and implements operating policies and procedures through Managers. The position may be global, within a portion of a geographic region, or a single business within a country, or a Cummins‑controlled joint venture.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed balanced scorecard targets for the organization.
• Manage profit and loss and asset utilization; develop business plans based on strategic goals set by business unit leadership.
• Grow the business profitably.
• Manage multiple locations and, through managers, implement operating policies and procedures across functional areas including customer service, finance, quality control, purchasing, materials management, and human resources.
