We are looking for a responsible and organised individual to support the daily operations of our tuition centre.

Job Scope:

• Prepare teachers' materials for lessons and photocopy students' worksheets
• Handle enquiries from parents (WhatsApp / phone)
• Assist with student registration
• Design simple poster using Canva when needed

Requirements:

• Able to communicate in English and Chinese (to liaise with chinese-speaking parents)
• Diploma or higher qualification
• Bonus if able to help with social media posting

Working Hours:

• 2 to 4 days per week
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 3:30pm - 9:00pm
• Saturday: 10:00am - 2:00pm
• Flexible, based on agreed schedule
