Description and Requirements

* Lead the end-to-end bid process by coordinating tasks, organizing information, and assisting with submissions.

• Review RFP/RFI requirements and help identify key documents, formats, and compliance needs.

• Design in bid planning by gathering inputs and supporting the development of bid outlines and schedules.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (GTM, TSG, BO, Legal, Finance) to collect and consolidate required materials.

• Prepare and format proposal documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and professional presentation.

• Maintain bid documentation, including version control, file organization, deadlines, and approval tracking.
