Job Description
Join Aecon as Bid Director to influence critical infrastructure developments across Canada. This senior role requires expertise in bid management and client engagement.
In this position with Aecon's civil east group, your primary focus will be on overseeing bid strategies and managing the proposal process for rail transit projects. You will work directly with clients and project teams to ensure compliance with requirements while developing comprehensive and winning submissions. Leadership and a strong understanding of standards and regulations relevant to rail projects are crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main contact for bid activities
• Develop and execute effective bid strategies
• Manage the preparation of bid submissions
• Ensure alignment with project goals and regulations
• Identify risks linked to bid proposals and address them
Requirements:
• Minimum of 12 years in the rail transit sector
• 5+ years in management or supervisory roles
