Job Description
Responsibilitie
s:Monitor procurement portals (Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, Stotles) to identify relevant opportunities
Keep the bid tracker up to date, ensuring deadlines are clearly flagged and managed
Coordinate bid responses by chasing inputs, managing document versions, and keeping everything aligned
Format and proofread submissions to a high standard, ensuring they meet client requirements
Organise and minute bid kick-offs and review sessions
Manage submission logistics, including portal uploads and deadline tracking
Requirements:
12 years experience in an administrative, coordination, or writing-related role (bid/proposals experience is a bonus, not essential)
Strong written English with a confident eye for proofreading and detail
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines at once
