Outline of the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual who is interested in pursing a career in Bid Management. You will be responsible for supporting Bid Managers in the end-to-end bid process, and for taking personal responsibility for less complex bids.

You will be introduced to the use of best practice techniques to ensure proposals are both compliant and compelling, to maximise our chances of success. You should be able to work to high quality standards and clearly articulate Farrans’ value proposition.

This role sits within our dedicated Civil Engineering Pre-Contract team which includes professional bid managers, estimators and writers. You will work with your colleagues to prepare submissions for projects across a variety of civil engineering sectors, that typically range from £10m to in excess of £50m.
