A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of the U. K’s premier building contractors as a Bid Co‑ordinator.
The contractor has a very strong reputation and has enjoyed positive growth throughout the recession and is looking to continue to grow through the coming years in the same manner.
As a Bid Co‑ordinator you will be part of the Pre‑Construction Team involved in works from £5 – £100 million with projects in the Commercial, Education, Hotel, Mixed Use, High End Residential and Manufacturing Sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage the compilation and production of high quality tenders ranging from £250k – £100 million +
Produce and compile accurate, timely and well‑presented submission documentation for bids, tenders and PQQs
Understand and develop the bid strategy and client’s specific requirements where appropriate
Ensure agreed bid plans commitments are delivered on time and issues raised as appropriate
