**Position Summary:**

The BI Lead is responsible for leading enterprise business analysis and business intelligence initiatives that enable data-driven decision-making across services and operational domains. This role owns the design, delivery, and governance of scalable analytics solutions that provide actionable insights, drive performance management, and support strategic business outcomes.

The incumbent combines strong functional expertise with technical leadership across BI and data platforms, including Power BI, SSAS, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, and AWS. The role also plays a key part in advancing advanced analytics and AI-enabled capabilities, including Generative AI, in alignment with enterprise data and digital strategies.
