Responsibilities:
Category Management
  • Develop and execute yearly and three years category strategy by consolidating key account and market needs
  • Define growth plans in collaboration with commercial, technical and key stakeholders
  • Track category vitality to ensure sufficient project pipeline to deliver on category targets via proactive initiatives and identification of new business opportunities
  • Drive strategic initiatives to commercialize insights-based solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement in the value chain to deliver strategic differentiation and category growth
  • Develop explicit key focus segment understanding & strategies aligned with overall category strategy
  • Demonstrate category leadership and drive category specific discussions with customers and on strategic projects to deliver on commercial objectives
