**Overview**

Kimley-Horn is seeking a senior civil technology leader to serve as the firmwide Bentley Design Technology Practice Lead for our Transportation practice, based in our Denver, Colorado (CO) office. This is not a remote position.

**Responsibilities**

This role will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling our firmwide Bentley OpenRoads Designer (ORD) roadway and bridge design capabilities, including training, technical leadership, as well as our ProjectWise strategy. The selected candidate will:

+ Provide firmwide leadership on the strategic deployment of Bentley technologies within Kimley-Horn’s Transportation practice
+ Build and oversee a firmwide Bentley Design Center of Excellence for roadway and bridge design
+ Establish and maintain standardized ORD design workflows and modeling practices aligned with DOT standards
