Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of multiple payroll providers in multiple countries.
• First scope for this role: support the payroll cycle in Spain and the US.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time so employees receive salaries, bonuses, and benefits as scheduled.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations, including tax reporting and filings.
