Job Description
Description We are looking for a Benefits Coordinator to support core human resources operations with an emphasis on employee benefits, leave administration, and onboarding activities in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and leaders by helping deliver accurate, timely, and compliant HR support across the employee lifecycle. The position is a Long-term Contract opportunity for an organized individual who can manage sensitive information, coordinate multiple priorities, and contribute to a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee the day-to-day administration of employee benefit offerings, including health, dental, vision, life, retirement, wellness, COBRA, and leave programs, while ensuring timely and accurate processing.
β’ Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, manage benefit enrollments, and lead orientation sessions that help team members understand policies, programs, and available resources.
