Benefits Coordinator (Canada – Hybrid/Remote)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Location: Ontario (Hybrid or Remote within Canada)
Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 CAD
Overview
Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a client seeking a Benefits Coordinator to support the administration of group benefits and pension programs for a Canadian contingent workforce. This role is highly administrative and client‑facing, requiring strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick‑paced environment.
The Benefits Coordinator will collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams such as HR, Payroll, and Finance, while also serving as a key point of contact for employees, clients, and external vendors.
