Job Description
Reporting to the Director, Business Development, the Benefits Consultant is responsible for growing the portfolio of small and medium market clients across the Enterprise, primarily focusing on Group Benefits. The consultant sales product and services throughout People Corporation, working closely with C‑Suite, Senior Leadership and client decision makers to close new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line sales point for People Corporation’s existing and prospective clients, selling in a consultative capacity.
- Promote and sell products and services from the broader People Corporation offerings to current and prospective clients.
- Achieve sales goals and targets as set by leadership within an assigned geographic area, industry, sector or product line.
