Description
We are looking for an experienced Benefits and Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and employee benefits for a large, multi-state workforce. This role requires expertise in managing payroll processes for over 500 employees and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This is a long-term contract position based in Chicago, Illinois.


Responsibilities:

+ Process and audit payroll for US, Canada, and UK employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with respective local laws and deadlines

+ Administer all aspects of benefits including health, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, commuter, and ancillary programs in coordination with a benefits broker

+ Oversee benefits enrollment, open enrollment, changes, and terminations, supporting employees with questions and escalated appeals

+ Manage and approve benefits invoices and collaborate with finance on timely payments and reconciliation
