Description We are looking for an experienced Benefits Analyst to join a wholesale distribution organization in Latham, New York on a Contract basis. This role is well suited for a highly capable individual who can step in quickly, manage benefits and compensation priorities with minimal direction, and provide steady support to a lean total rewards team. The position follows a hybrid schedule with three days on-site and is expected to run for several months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
